The Site is operated by The Phoenix Within, providing holistic recovery coaching, emotional-education courses, SCHH sessions, and community support for adults recovering from alcohol addiction.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
RECLAIM: The Real Work Starts Here™ 8-week online program
Live weekly support groups and workshops
Soul-Centred Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) private sessions
Digital workbooks, recovery toolkits, and quizzes
Results vary; our services complement but do not replace medical, psychiatric, or legal advice..
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe in AUD (Australian Dollar) unless otherwise specified.
Price includes GST where applicable.
Full payment is due at checkout unless a written payment plan is arranged.
Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable due to instant access.
For multi-week programs, a 14-day change-of-mind refund is available if less than 25 % of the curriculum has been accessed.
4. Booking & Cancellation
All SCHH or coaching sessions must be booked via our online calendar.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
Late arrivals reduce session time and may incur full fees.
Group program start dates are fixed; missed live calls are not refunded but recordings are provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content—including videos, PDFs, audio files, logos, program names (e.g., RECLAIM Method™), and site copy—is the exclusive property of The Phoenix Within. You may not reproduce, share, or resell any material without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your commitment, personal circumstances, and adherence to professional guidance. Always consult a qualified medical professional before altering any healthcare regimen.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Phoenix Within is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Site, programs, or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland.
